Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days, depending on your location. This estimate does not include custom products, as delivery time for these items will vary based on the complexity of the design and will be communicated to each customer individually.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or postal service issues.
We provide a tracking number for every shipped order. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.
Shipping Zones:

Free shipping applies to most locations worldwide. However, there may be exceptions or additional restrictions for certain remote areas or countries. If you are unsure whether your location qualifies for free shipping, please contact us at heliosledteam@gmail.com for confirmation.
Order Tracking:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment on our website or directly through the carrier’s tracking system. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Order Accuracy:

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at heliosledteam@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct the issue if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24-48 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. The exact time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at heliosledteam@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details about the issue. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
Partial Shipments:

In cases where not all items are available at the time of order processing, we may ship partial orders. If this occurs, we will notify you and provide tracking information for each shipment.
Custom LED Orders:

For custom LED designs and signs, please contact us at heliosledteam@gmail.com with your design specifications and details.
We will provide a price quote and estimated shipping time based on your specifications. Please note that the final price for custom orders may vary depending on the size, weight, and any applicable customs fees.
Processing time for custom orders is 5-10 business days after you approve the quote. Shipping time for custom orders varies based on the destination and complexity of the design, and will be communicated to you individually.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
Additional shipping fees for custom LED signs will be communicated to you before processing your order.
Handling Fees:

There are no handling fees for standard returns or exchanges. However, you may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items unless otherwise stated.
Order Modifications:

To modify an order after placement, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your order within 24 hours of placement. Modifications may not be possible if the order is already in processing or has been shipped.
Special Delivery Requests:

We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. All orders are shipped using standard shipping methods.
Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom LED orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at heliosledteam@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible to provide further instructions and address any questions or concerns.
Consumer Rights Under Israeli Law:

For Israeli customers purchasing products to be delivered within Israel, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. This applies to most products, except for custom-made items and products that are exempt under Israeli law.
If you decide to cancel and return a product within the 14-day period, please contact us at heliosledteam@gmail.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation.
The product must be returned in its original condition. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
The refund will include the cost of the product but may not include any shipping fees incurred during the initial purchase or return unless otherwise specified.
